We’re thrilled to announce that Thermador has selected our Founder and Principal Designer, Sharon Gunther, for its 2026–2028 Design Council.
The Thermador Design Council is an invitation-only network of 16 nationwide visionary designers who collaborate directly with Thermador’s Design, Product Marketing, and Brand Leadership teams. Members share ideas, offer candid feedback on product innovations and future design concepts, and help shape the future of luxury kitchen design. For more than 110 years, Thermador has defined what’s possible in the kitchen, from introducing the first wall oven to pioneering breakthrough cooking technologies. Sharon’s two-year term runs through 2028.
Council members also enjoy behind-the-scenes access to product development, early looks at upcoming launches, and invitations to showhouses, Experience & Design Center events, and national summits.
“To me, luxury design is about combining a rich, seamless aesthetic with the best functionality and a smooth, rich tactile feel. I am extremely honored to be named to the Thermador Design Council, an invitation-only panel of visionary designers. Together, we will provide our vision of luxury design and help to shape kitchen perspectives of the future. Daily, I seek new, innovative ideas that will enrich my clients’ homes and lives. I will now use my passion and expertise to guide Thermador, the leader in the luxury kitchen space. Together, we will forge an enduring partnership which I hope will benefit clients and homeowners for decades.” -Sharon Gunther
