When I first saw these soaring ceilings, I knew I wanted to create a luxurious but cozy atmosphere. I called out the dramatic height by contrasting it with a low profile sofa, in an elegant violet velvet. Dark wood accents add a warm, natural touch to the built-in bar and cocktail table.

I ran herringbone flooring, along with violet and evergreen decor throughout the home to provide continuity, and, of course, I love to bring nature indoors with a few well-placed plants.

In the dining room, I went for a more intimate feel with low-hanging pendant lighting and dark brown velvet chairs that add warmth and contrast to the matte black cabinetry. Elsewhere, the extra deep living room sofa in a moody evergreen allows the clients to sink in and relax amidst the neoclassic custom molding details.
